Join us for 2 in-person small group training sessions each week at the Fitness 4U Studio! Each session can accommodate up to 4 women, including yourself.
In addition, you'll have access to on-demand workouts that you can do at home, in the gym, or while traveling.
We offer full meal tracking, including daily calorie recommendations to help you reach your weight loss goals. You’ll also develop healthy habits, and you'll have two-way messaging with your trainer for 100% accountability!
If you wish, a personalized meal plan can be provided upon request.

8-Count Beginner Boxing & Strength Training
Join the 8-Count Beginner Boxing & Strength Training to enjoy a fun fast-paced workout that incorporates boxing, self defense, cardio, and strength training. This class is designed to challenge you physically and motivate you to reach your goals. Each class is made up of 3 rounds of 8- 1 minute stations that include cardio, strength training, and beginner-level boxing skills.
